In the heart of Saint-Tropez, set between the port and the Place des Lices, is a new Italian restaurant overseen by Marco Garfagnini, and ready to open at the start of summer.
On the Rue des Feniers, the one-time home of DolceVa – which is now located nearby in the delightful Pan Deï Palais – Zetta is a novel concept for this Mediterranean peninsula. It serves pizzettas (small pizzas) designed to be shared and experimented with according to your palate, accompanied by fresh salads and gourmet ice creams.
Choice, variety, sharing are the order of the day, here is the Dolce Vita is all its dazzling detail, from the sleek white walls to vintage paintings that bring this evocative era to life.
In the kitchen, the wonderfully creative chef, Marco Garfagnini, creates a range of imaginative pizzettas. Born in the mountains of Tuscany, this Italian chef knows how to create dishes that are delicious, packed with flavour and quintessentially Italian.
Want something cool under the hot sun of Saint Tropez? The menu is also packed with Mediterranean salads and Italian ice cream, to be eaten in the restaurant or taken-away, and enjoyed by the sea.
With a wonderfully warm atmosphere, Zetta is designed as a place for families and friends to meet, and is open every day for lunch and dinner.
